Partnering for Impact: BXVentures and UCLouvain Celebrate Innovation Together

For its 600th anniversary, UCLouvain had the great idea to honor its spin-offs—shining a light on the startups that turn academic research into practical solutions.

BXVentures is proud to be part of this dynamic ecosystem. Our collaboration with UCLouvain led to the creation of Thermo Power Systems, a spin-off that transforms industrial waste heat into clean electricity using advanced thermoelectric modules. It’s a tangible example of how deep tech and entrepreneurship can meet to solve real decarbonation challenges.
